Refund Policy
Introduction
At Plot the Story Plot, we want you to feel supported and confident in your investment. Every session is designed to give you real, actionable insight into your story. Still, we understand that sometimes plans change or things don’t go as expected.
Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit toward another session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund, as that time has been reserved for you.

No-shows (without notice) are considered completed sessions and are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, no problem, just reach out at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time that works for both of us.
If we ever need to reschedule (life happens!), we’ll contact you as soon as possible and ensure your session is rebooked at no cost. A refund may be requested, excluding those with payment plans.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Technical or scheduling errors on our end (for example, a booking glitch or double payment).

If a session cannot be completed due to unavoidable circumstances.

In rare cases, if you’re unsatisfied with your session and contacted us within 7 days to discuss a resolution.
Each situation will be reviewed individually to ensure fairness and transparency.
How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued through the original payment method used at booking (via Wix, PayPal, or Stripe).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Services

Completed sessions are non-refundable, as the time and expertise have already been provided.

Gift certificates, bundles, or discounted packages are non-refundable once partially used.
